Senior Java Backend Developer

DynamicPricing AI is a Sofia based tech startup (VC funded) company. We develop software tools and AI models for E-commerce profit optimization. Clients are large commerce organizations, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands, and shops in the Shopify ecosystem.  We have an experienced international team of 25 that is growing, and we are on a hunt for professionals to join our team. 

The particular role we seek is а motivated Senior Java Backend Developer for our product team. Your major tasks will be building and maintaining web-based applications and APIs. As a member of our development team, you will be responsible for working on challenging projects that scale up in the cloud.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and architecture of scalable web-based applications
• Building infrastructure around AI models
• Maintaining existing applications

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the same role 
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong SQL skills
• Familiar with Linux/Unix environments and Git
• Problem-solving skills, ready to troubleshoot robust problems
• Prepared to work in a dynamic environment and international team
